So as I'm getting a little older (yes reality is starting to set in that I am not Peter Pan anymore) I am trying to invest in my skincare and beauty regime to avoid and prolong the Botox a little longer. Any how enough of the rambling, I have recently been using these three mascaras; maybelline false lash mascara, benefit they're real and no7 lovely lashes mascara. All good but I have to say the most dissatisfying one was the maybelline; leaving a cakey finish and often flaked off onto the face - never a hot look!
I wasn't really on a hunt at first for a new mascara just yet as I wanted to use all of the above up first but having read an interview on the Olsen twins (my ultimate fave women crushes ever) they shared a few beauty secrets and one was; that they they loved Yves Saint Laurent mascaras. So being a sucker for some good marketing I trotted off to my nearest Debenhams store to get my paws on some. Best investment to date so far!!!
See the results yourself below! Such a difference, it opens my eyes right up and gives such a good definition. I'm not a fan of false lashes as they personally feel really uncomfortable on me but this mascara looks as if I am wearing some which could be seen as a bonus. I admit I was really lazy with this application, usually I curl my lashes with eyelash curlers for more of a dramatic effect and I bet this will look even more incredible when I do next time.
