So yes as mentioned previously it has been my birthday, I am depressingly getting older. I did decide to celebrate or rather dull the pain with copious amounts of alcohol, with friends and family.
As I spent a few days in Italy, which was fantastic and full of carbs, I thought I would end my birthday on a bang and have a party.
The evening was spent with a small dinner and a few drinks at our favourite local; The Fleece. I say a few drinks, I think I purchased six bottles of prosecco. Clearly as you get older, you buy your own drinks.
My outfit was quite basic and I recycled one of my favourite dresses from American Apparel, which I think I have only worn once. I love the peachy colour and that it is simple but cut to reveal a little bit of naughty flesh, raising the sexy factor a little bit. My partner is not too keen on it but it is not that revealing.
To avoid the British chill in the evening, I teamed it with a gorgeously, chic jacket I brought from Zara, in Italy. It is amazing and incredibly versatile.
To finish it off, I wore it with my platform, suede boots that I have had for years now and no I did not fall or stumble once.
Clearly I have reached pro level in towering heels.
